Hump day Laziness:
What it’s not Wednesday, you say?!? See, I was soooo lazy that I didn’t even get this posted until Thursday!
Instead of writing a mile long post, I have to run errands today! So, to keep you occupied I am sharing some of my FAVORITE sites!
www.recipezaar.com – for those of you that LOVE to cook. Sometimes, I have a few ingredients and I need a new recipe for them, or I need a great recipe for zucchini bread. Whatever, the case, you WILL find the recipe here. Just put in your search request and a huge list of homemade recipes will fall into your lap. Plus, they are all rated by other members, so no surprises! Did I mention it’s free? I KNOW, I’m great, you can kiss me later! Actually, I will call the cops-NO kissing! J
www.modabakeshop.com – for some new sewing ideas! I love this site. They have tons of new ideas and the CUTEST little projects! I could spend hours looking at all the projects but then I wouldn’t have time to sew J
PS-Feel free to make me a quilt, I love them! Hey, it's just a suggestion
http://www.thehousefm.com/thehouse.asp -THE HOUSE FM- I listen to this Christian Rock Radio station while I’m cruising the web!
http://www.primarygames.com/ -There are VERY few places I let the kids visit on the net. This is a GREAT place for entertainment on a rainy day! It’s where we found this game http://www.primarygames.com/arcade/virtualworlds/wiglingtonandwenks/cartosmagicmaps.htm which kept my five year old occupied, looking for hidden pictures for over an hour today!! I tried to tell myself it was educational… Hey, don't judge! It was raining. Also, FREE!
For you men, SORRY, I don’t have a lot of suggestions:
Try http://www.wunderground.com/ for great weather or local radar
http://www.pagebypagebooks.com/ for some great online books you can read right at your computer! Take a look!
http://www.americanheritage.com/ This page has some interesting Presidential statistics and other historical info, if that kinda thing floats your boat!
You’re Welcome J
